The dry electrode process is a new battery manufacturing process. It does not use solvents in the electrode manufacturing process, which can greatly improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce production costs, and bring huge performance improvements to batteries. It is a highly potential process iteration direction. However, there are still many challenges for the mass production of the dry electrode process.


Tsingyan Electronics' independently developed dry electrode technology realizes the low-cost preparation of electrode materials and greatly improves the volumetric energy density of the new battery manufacturing process. Its innovative technology comes from the Advanced Energy Storage Materials and Devices Laboratory of the Research Institute of Tsinghua University in Shenzhen, and the technology has reached the international advanced level.


In this strategic cooperation, combining ONGOAL Technology's battery slurry solution with an industry-advantaged position and Tsingyan Electronics' advanced dry electrode technology, the two parties will jointly explore the equipment development and innovative applications of the front-end processes of dry electrodes and accelerate the successful industrialization of the technology.
